By using NoroMeal you receive access to digital meal-planning software. Subscription billing is processed by Lemon Squeezy. These Terms do not create a medical or nutritional care relationship.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and UNIT01 doo, trading as NoroMeal("NoroMeal," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website at https://www.noromeal.com, our web application, and all related products, features, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking to accept these Terms where presented, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.

2. Definitions

• Account — the registered user profile through which you access the Service.
• Content — text, recipes, meal plans, images, data, software, and other materials made available through the Service, including content we provide and content you submit.
• Subscription — a paid recurring plan that grants access to premium features of the Service for a defined billing period.
• Payment Processor — Lemon Squeezy or another third-party payment provider we use to process subscriptions and related transactions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 16. If we learn that an account was created by someone under 16, we may suspend or terminate the account and delete associated data as permitted by law.

You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or if you have previously been suspended or removed from the Service for violation of these Terms.

4. Description of the Service

NoroMeal is a subscription-based meal-planning platform that generates personalized nutrition targets and weekly meal plans based on information you provide, such as body metrics, goals, activity level, and food preferences.

Features may include, without limitation:

• Nutrition onboarding and profile management
• Personalized calorie and macro calculations
• Generated weekly meal plans and recipe recommendations
• Recipe browsing, favorites, and avoid lists
• Plan regeneration and plan history
• Engagement features such as activity streaks
• Export or download functionality where available
• Subscription billing and account management

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law and your rights as a paying subscriber where relevant.

5. Health and Nutrition Disclaimer

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL, NUTRITIONAL, OR DIETARY ADVICE.

All meal plans, calorie targets, macro calculations, recipes, tips, and related information are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. NoroMeal is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

You acknowledge that:

• Individual nutritional needs vary and automated recommendations may not be suitable for everyone.
• You should consult a qualified physician, registered dietitian, or other licensed healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, taking medication, or have a history of eating disorders.
• You use meal plans and nutrition information at your own risk and are solely responsible for evaluating their appropriateness for your circumstances.
• We do not guarantee specific health, fitness, or weight-loss outcomes.

In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately. Do not rely on the Service for emergency health guidance.

6. Account Registration and Security

To access most features, you must create an Account using a valid email address and password, or through a supported third-party sign-in method (such as Google). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your Account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach

We reserve the right to refuse registration, reclaim usernames, or suspend Accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

7.1 Paid features

Certain features — including full access to generated meal plans — require an active paid Subscription. Pricing, billing intervals (e.g., monthly or yearly), and included features are displayed on our pricing page and at checkout. We may offer limited previews of premium content to non-subscribers.

7.2 Payment processor and merchant of record

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which may act as merchant of record for certain transactions. When you subscribe, your payment relationship may be governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms and policies in addition to these Terms. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

7.3 Authorization to charge

By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize us and our Payment Processor to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges at the interval you select, until you cancel in accordance with these Terms.

7.4 Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for reviewing renewal terms at the time of purchase and managing your Subscription through the billing portal or tools we provide.

7.5 Price changes

We may change Subscription prices from time to time. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice before price changes apply to your Subscription. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

7.6 Taxes

Fees may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be calculated and collected by us or our Payment Processor as required by law.

7.7 Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your access to premium features until payment is successfully processed. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of your Subscription.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1 Cancellation by you

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the billing management tools available in your Account or via the customer portal provided by our Payment Processor. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

After cancellation, you will generally retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period already paid for, unless we state otherwise at checkout or in our Refund Policy.

8.2 Refunds and seven-day money-back guarantee

New subscribers may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of their first paid subscription charge, no questions asked, as described in our Refund Policy. This guarantee applies to your initial purchase only, not to subscription renewals.

After the seven-day period, subscription fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as stated in our Refund Policy (for example, billing errors or verified technical access failures). Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in the EU/EEA/UK may also apply as described there.

For billing or refund inquiries, use our contact page or the support channels provided in your billing receipt.

8.3 Free trials and promotions

If we offer a free trial or promotional pricing, additional terms will be disclosed at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you may be automatically charged for a Subscription when the trial expires.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information, including in onboarding or account details
• Access or attempt to access another user's Account without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Service, except where prohibited by law
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or collect data from the Service by automated means without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, networks, or security measures
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by us in writing
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to third parties or represent NoroMeal content as professional clinical guidance

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account without refund, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 Our rights

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, recipes, meal plan algorithms, logos, trademarks, and other Content provided by NoroMeal (excluding your User Content), is owned by or licensed to NoroMeal and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted below, no rights are transferred to you.

10.2 Limited license to you

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use during your Subscription term or while your Account is active, as applicable.

10.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Service or Content except as expressly allowed by these Terms or with our prior written consent. Download or export features are provided for your personal use only.

11. User Content and Feedback

User Content means information you submit through the Service, including onboarding responses, preferences, favorites, contact form messages, and profile details.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant NoroMeal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, process, and display that content solely to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services, including authentication providers (such as Google), payment processors (Lemon Squeezy), hosting and infrastructure providers, and email services. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we will process personal information as described there.

14. Service Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, or factors outside our reasonable control.

We may update, change, or remove features at any time. Material changes that adversely affect paid subscribers will be handled in accordance with applicable law and, where appropriate, with reasonable notice.

15. Suspension and Termination

15.1 Termination by you

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request Account deletion through our contact page.

15.2 Termination or suspension by us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or other users, failed to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Service. Where required by law, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy, if applicable.

15.3 Effect of termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, except as otherwise stated. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations accrued, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

16. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will meet your requirements or expectations
• Meal plans or nutrition calculations will be accurate or complete
• Results or outcomes of any kind will be achieved
• Defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service will be secure or free from harmful components

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NOROMEAL, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.

18. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NoroMeal and its operators, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any health-related decision you make based on information from the Service

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

19.1 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

19.2 Informal resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to reach us through our contact page and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days.

19.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms shall lie with the competent courts in the Republic of Serbia. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring claims in your country of residence where required by applicable consumer law.

19.4 EU/EEA consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice (such as by email or in-app notification) before changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance, except where your explicit consent is required by law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel any active Subscription.

21. General Provisions

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any checkout or plan-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and NoroMeal regarding the Service.
• Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Language. These Terms are written in English. If translated, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
